Food Safety Manager (eFoodhandlers / AboveTraining)

AboveTraining, eFoodhandlers, StateFoodSafety, and 360training each offer an ANSI/CFP-accredited Food Safety Manager credential with the same exam content as ServSafe Manager or NRFSP CFM. Format varies by provider — some are proctored at a testing center, others are online-proctored — and pricing is generally lower than traditional in-person classes. Coverage includes the same HACCP, Big 6, time-and-temperature, and sanitation content as the other CFPM credentials.
